Declaration
     
Five centuries ago my family were the leaders of the Midi.   They were the

Counts of Toulouse.   They had ruled with the consent of their brothers

and sisters in the land of Languedoc.   Through a conspiracy between

the Head of the French Monarchy and the Head of The Holy Roman

Catholics Church, they were deprived of the right to rule.   

It is declared, this First Day of January in the year of our Lord 2000,

that all men of good faith be advised that I, Carl James Raymond,

assume the duties and responsibilities for the Land called Midi.  

It is within boundaries with the River Lot in the north, to the Pyrenees

Mountains in the south.

It is declared this day, that the Office of Toulouse ~ St. Gilles is reinstated.

I as Count, and my heirs and assigned, will perform all the duties and

enjoy all the powers and privileges as leaders of the land.
